Designed to give you an edge in your trading operations by highlighting days where you can expect strength or weakness. The four patterns that Edge analyzes are:
Day of Week: Historical performance based on day of the week.
End of Month: Historical performance of the first and last 10 days of each month & the 10 days surrounding the 3rd Friday of each month.
Sequences: The historical % for an up day after any series of ups and down.
Holiday: Historical performance of the 3 days before and after market holidays.

BandWidth

Alphier Indicators The late Jim Alphier passed away unexpectedly in
1990. He was a portfolio manager, market historian and a master
technician that took most of his knowledge with him to the grave. By
studying his papers we have been able to recreate three of his
indicators, Expectations, Psychology and Conviction. We feel that
these three are amongst his most important contributions and we are
confident that these are true to his conceptions.
Alphier Conviction is a divergence indicator that compares the count
of plus and minus days versus actual gains
Alphier Expectation is a supply-demand chart with specific buy and
sell rules
Alphier Psychology is the central component of the Alphier
Expectation chart that is more sensitive and shorter-term in outlook
New in the Chart Section:
Price Magnet Overlay is an overly that plots a series of points in
and around the price structure that provide an indication of potential
price movement. I like to think of the Magnet as indicating the path
of least resistance.
Improved chart functionality indicator selection symbol to symbol is
saved so you do not have to recreate it each time.
Screen Section Addition:
Bollinger Envelope Squeeze Bollinger Envelopes (BE), a variation of
Bollinger Bands, are particularly useful in extreme market action.
This function finds Squeeze patterns.
